Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts when you sign up and needs no payment details.

What's the difference between the plans?

Seats, lead imports, phone numbers and team calling. Every plan includes the softphone, inbound calls, voicemail, call recording, vetting, e-sign and onboarding. Solo is one dispatcher with 2,500 lead imports a month and 2 numbers. Pro adds up to 5 dispatchers, 10,000 imports with daily auto-import, 10 numbers, ring groups and call transfers. Agency is up to 15 dispatchers (then $19 per extra seat) with unlimited imports and numbers, admin roles, numbers assigned per dispatcher and priority support.

Who provides the phone numbers?

You connect your own Telnyx or Twilio account and pay them directly for numbers and minutes, on any plan. We buy and set up the numbers for you from the Phone numbers page.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 10 months and get 12. You're billed once a year, and the price stays the same until your renewal.

What is an access code?

Some partners and early customers get an access code that extends or replaces the trial. Enter it when you sign up, or later under Billing.

What happens when the trial ends?

You'll be asked to pick a plan or enter an access code to keep working. Your leads, carriers and agreements stay saved.

Can I add teammates?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. Invite them from Settings, and everyone works the same lead list and phone line.
